Multi-School Management ERP

Engineered as a core proprietary in-house SaaS product at Emaad Infotech, this enterprise-grade Multi-School Management ERP empowers administrators to operate and customize multiple schools from a single scalable web platform. Each school tenant functions independently with its own configurations, branding, and permissions. The platform provides comprehensive academic and operational infrastructure: role-segregated portals (Principal, Admin, Teacher, and Peon/Staff), full student and teacher lifecycles, salary disbursement tracking, automated fee structures, exam scheduling with marksheets directly synced to the parent mobile app, and a digital student monitor election system.

I architected and developed the multi-tenant React frontend architecture, tenant-aware state engine, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) portals, dynamic financial ledgers (fees and salaries), examination marksheet publishing pipeline, and the secure student council voting interface.

Managing multiple schools on a unified codebase demands strict multi-tenancy: isolated tenant configurations without data overlap, granular security across differing administrative roles, high-volume student records handling, and instant data synchronization across parent and teacher apps.
